Miami produces enormous amounts of data, but little of it reaches the organizations working on the ground. ReFrame closes that gap.

    We clean, combine, and analyze it around the questions nonprofits actually ask.

    We share findings openly as insights anyone can read and cite.

    For specific questions, we produce custom analysis for partner organizations.

Every figure on this site comes from a public record — the U.S. Census Bureau, the Department of Housing & Urban Development, and Miami-Dade County. Each insight records where the number came from and when it was pulled, and any figure where two official sources disagree is held back for review before it goes live.
